Trampolining

Trampolining is a full-body workout! This exciting programme is perfect for energetic children who love to jump, bounce, and flip. In term 3 we are adding a short component of tumbling to the class so gymnasts can work on cartwheels, round-offs and progress some of their "flips" onto tumbling surfaces. trampoline and tumble is focused mostly on a trampoline and double mini but also has an aspect of tumbling on the floor. The athletes will work on skills and routines, practice learning both new trampoline skills and connecting skills, will gain spatial awareness and general fitness, and will be able to partake in mini competitions during class at the end of each term. An additional optional tumble class will also be held each week for athletes wanting to further improve their tumbling skills. 

  • Classes available for children aged 7+
  • Develops control, strength, confidence, spatial awareness, and flexibility.
  • Learn skills and routines on trampoline and double-mini
  • Class time: Thursday 3.45-5.15pm.

Tumble 

Tumbling is a class offered to cheerleaders, trampolinists, gymnasts, or anyone else looking to improve their tumbling skills. Classes will involve drills and conditioning focused on helping our athletes learn basic to intermediate tumbling skills, and further connecting these skills into tumble passes. Athletes will gain spatial awareness, body control, and overall fitness from this class.

Tumble class is on a Wednesday 5.15-6.45
