Supported Gymnastics Programme

5 - 9 years old       45 mins

Location: 256B Vogel St

Our Supported Gymnastics Programme is designed for children aged 5–13 who benefit from smaller class sizes, extra guidance, and a calmer learning environment.

This class follows the same core gymnastics foundations as our recreational programmes, but is delivered at a slower pace, with more individual support to help children build confidence, coordination, and independence. It is ideal for children who may find larger classes challenging or who need additional support with listening, processing instructions, or transitioning between activities.

The programme is welcoming to children with ADHD, autism (low support needs), or other learning or sensory differences, as well as any child who simply thrives with more structure and reassurance.

Our experienced coaches focus on:

  • Clear, simple instructions

  • Consistent routines and expectations

  • Positive reinforcement and encouragement

  • Skill development at each child’s own pace

Above all, our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable space where every child feels supported, successful, and excited to participate in gymnastics.

If you are unsure whether this programme is the right fit for your child, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are happy to discuss your child’s needs and help guide you to the most suitable class.

Class Times

  • Saturday 11.30 - 12.15 pm (for ages 5-7)
  • Saturday 12.15 - 1.00 pm (for ages 7-13)

Neurodivergent Gymnastics Class

5 - 15 years old       30 mins
Location: 256B Vogel St

We’re excited to introduce a new inclusive gymnastics class designed specifically for neurodivergent children and those with additional needs between the ages of 5-15.

This class provides a safe, welcoming, and semi-structured environment where children can explore the gym at their own pace. Rather than a fully structured lesson, the focus is on play, movement, and building confidence in a way that suits each individual child.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to be on the gym floor to support their child, helping create a comfortable and familiar environment. Our goal is to make gymnastics accessible, enjoyable, and inclusive for all, while supporting each child’s unique strengths and need

Class Times
